Said bond or deposit <br />shall be effective for a period of two (2) years after acceptance of the <br />Improvements by City's Council. <br /> <br /> 3. Before the acceptance of the Improvements by City, Owner shall <br />dedicate by Grant Deed acceptable to the City Attorney's office, easements in, <br />on, under and above the water line, service line, and meters. <br /> <br /> 4.
