4/6/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13304 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING/ <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR BREWSTER AVENUE <br /> WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> (SANDIS HUMBER JONES, Civil Engineers Surveyors <br /> Planners) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated waterlines along Brewster Avenue from El Camino Real to the <br />Alameda de las Pulgas in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />land surveying/engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sandis Humber Jones, Civil Engineers Surveyors Planners, <br />of Mountain View, California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Surveying/ <br /> Engineering Services for Brewster Avenue Waterline Replacement Project" <br /> (form dated 03/23/98), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California, and Sandis Humber Jones, Civil Engineers <br /> Surveyors Planners, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a <br /> <br /> Reso-378 1 <br /> DES:djk <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Counci <br /> 03/23198 <br /> <br /> <br />
