L~,, ,'g OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Adrian Anderson, President <br /> San Mateo County Rrefighters <br /> Local 2~O0, L~FF <br /> Redwood aty Chapter <br /> <br /> Dear Adrian: <br /> <br /> Dudng the recently conduded negotJal~ons for a successor Memorandum of <br />Under~b~nding between the City of Redwood City and Local 2400, the following <br />understanding was agreed: <br /> <br /> The parties have agreed that, in the settlement of their 2001-2005 MOU <br />negotiations, the issue of comparability of the Redwood City classification of Rm Rghter <br />to classifications of fire personnel in comparable jurisdictions remains unresolved. The <br />parties agree that the 200~.-2005 MOU sets no precedent as to this issue.
