LETrER OF AGREEHENT <br /> <br />Adrian Anderson, President <br />San Mateo County Firefighters <br />Local 2400, [AFF <br />Redwood City Chapter <br /> <br />Dear Addan: <br /> <br /> During the recently concluded negotiations for a successor Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Redwood City and Local 2400, the following <br />understanding was agreed: <br /> <br /> The parties have agreed that, in the settlement of their 2001-2005 MOU <br />negotiations, the issue of comparability of the Redwood City classification of Fire Fighter <br />to classifications of fire personnel in comparable jurisdictions remains unresolved. The <br />parties agree that the 2001-2005 MOU sets no precedent as to this issue.
