INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. <br /> <br /> <br />The parties hereto expressly agree that each and every term and condition of this <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement may be enforced by injunctive relief, in any court of competent jurisdiction. <br /> <br />xx. ATTORNEYS' FEES. <br /> <br />In the event any action or proceeding is instituted by one party against the other <br /> <br /> <br />with respect to this Agreement, or any provision thereof, the prevailing party shall be <br /> <br /> <br />entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees. <br /> <br />XXI.
