DEFINITIONS. <br />A. Incorporated. Unless otherwise specified, words or phrases defined in the <br />Basic Agreement and used herein (the first letters of which are capitalized) shall have the <br />meanings respectively ascribed thereto in the Basic Agreement. In the event of a conflict <br />between definitions, the definition provided in this Agreement shall prevail. <br />B. Additional definitions. In addition to the foregoing definitions, the following <br />wor_ds or phrases wherever used in this Agreement shall have the meaning hereinafter <br />respectively ascribed thereto; <br />1. Annualized Daily Average Flow.
