The Town Council of the Town has authorized allocation of sewer service to cc ~ 16 the Property by Resolution 2004-6436 (certified copy attached hereto as Exhibit A). 17 E. The Parties desire to amend the Agreement and add the Property to the 18 Service Area. 19 THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED: 20 1. The Property is added to the Service Area and the map being Exhibit A 21 to the Agreement is amended accordingly. 22 2.
