Payment of Capacity Fee: Woodside shall pay the total amount <br />determined in Paragraph C(1) above, for annual sewage capacity <br />rental, on or before August 1 st of each year, which shall be prorated <br />for the year of Capacity acquisition to the date of Capacity acquisition <br />as provided in Section VI, hereinafter. <br />D. Interest on Unpaid Amount. Payments which are not received by City by <br />the re~pective due dates as set forth in Section IV., shall be deemed delinquent and shall <br />accrue interest at the LAIF rate from the respective due dates until paid. Woodside shall <br />have a 30-day grace period from date of invoice in which to make the respective payments <br />referred to herein. <br /> <br />v. WOODSIDE'S PAYMENT OF HISTORICAL COSTS TO CITY <br />Prior to fiscal year 1987-1988, Woodside paid District for the complete transmission <br />treatment, and disposal of sewage emanating from TCSAD. District then compensated <br />City for its costs associated with TCSAD sewage, as determined by agreements between <br />District and City. Woodside's payments to District were suspended in fiscal year 1987- <br />1988. As a result, no payment has been made since fiscal year 1986-1987.
