Bayshore Auto Dealership - <br />Proposal to Conduct an Air Quality Analysis <br /> <br />Dear Valerie: <br /> <br />Thank you for inviting us to submit this proposal to conduct the air quality analysis for the proposed <br />redevelopment of the Century 12 cinema complex in Redwood, CA. Our proposal to conduct this <br />assessment is provided <br /> <br />1. Assess regional air quality impacts. The URBEMIS2002 model along with project-specific <br />traffic data (provided by the project Traffic Engineer) would be used to predict project impacts to <br />regional air quality for up to three different project scenarios. <br /> <br />2. Assess local air quality impacts due to traffic. Carbon monoxide concentrations would be <br />predicted using the Caline4 Line-Source Dispersion Model and the EMF AC2007 Emission Factor <br />Model <br /> <br />Results would be transmitted via technical memo. In addition, we would be available to review <br />the air quality section of the environmental document, and if necessary, we could provide <br />suggested revisions. <br /> <br />We estimate the cost to conduct this assessment at $3,000. Attached, is our cost estimate in tabular <br />format along with our Attachment A that describes our hourly schedule labor raters and insurance <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Sincerely yours, <br /> <br />James A.
