<br />DCB:sh 7/19/85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />DOCUMENTS <br />FOR FIRE <br />ADVERTISE <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUL 22 1985 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ALL <br />NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY <br />STATION NO.1; AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />SUCH PURCHASE <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9947 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to construct a fire station on <br /> <br />property located on Bradford Street which is privately owned; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of such real property have agreed to <br /> <br />sell to the City said property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all <br /> <br />documents for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the <br /> <br />purchase of the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />2.
