<br />r~S:djg-c 7/9/85 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and Services" (form dated <br /> <br />07/09/85R) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and the Fair Oaks Sewer <br /> <br /> <br />Maintenance District, a sewer maintenance district of the County <br /> <br /> <br />of San Mateo, State of California, providing for the <br /> <br /> <br />transmission, treatment and disposal of sewage emanating from <br /> <br /> <br />said District, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 8172 entitled, "Resolution Approving and <br /> <br /> <br />Authorizing Execution of Agreement Providing for Sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />Sewerage Capacity Rights (Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District) ," <br /> <br />adopted November 20, 1978 by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />transmi t a certified copy of this resolution, together with a <br /> <br />duplicate original of the agreement approved hereby, to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />of Supervisors, County of San Mateo, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
