The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> <br />of California, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2 in Block 602, and Lots 22 and 23 in Block 601, <br />as shown on that certain map entitled "ESTATES OF EMERALD <br />LAKE SUBDIVISION SIX", filed in Volume 15, Book of Maps at <br />Pages 64, 65, and 66, on May 4, 1927, in the office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />(Assessors Parcel Nos. 068-262-180, 190; and 068-205-060) <br /> <br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute that certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, the County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to <br /> <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District", a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for the full particulars thereof. <br /> <br />5.
