<br />Dr~:djg-c 6/13/85 <br /> <br />JUN 1 7 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. ~ 91 1 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR RODENT CONTROL PROGRAM <br />(1985-86); REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS RECEIVED; AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br />OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pur suan t to Re so 1 u tion No. 9882 , adopted May 20, <br /> <br />1985, the City Clerk called for bids for the Rodent Control <br /> <br />Program (1985-86) in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />BAY <br /> <br />PEST <br /> <br />CONTROL <br /> <br />CORPORATION, <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award said bid to said <br /> <br />Bay Pest Control Corporation; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Bay Pest Control Corporation in the amount of <br /> <br />Seventeen Thousand Nine <br /> <br />Hundred <br /> <br />Two <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />00/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($17,902.00), more or less, computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dated June 11, 1985, for the Rodent Control Program for <br /> <br />fiscal year 1985-86 in the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 6/13/85) by <br /> <br />9911 <br />
