<br />D~B:djg-c 6/12/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9910 <br /> <br />~ ~l 0 <br />ORIGI NAL <br />JUN 1 7 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR 1985-86 STREET TREE MAINTENANCE; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents and specifications for street tree maintenance in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />maintenance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those bid documents and specifications prepared in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Parks and Recreation, and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Contractual Work <br /> <br />Specifications for Street Trees - Specifications - Tree Removal <br /> <br />and Tree Pruning", are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids for Street Tree maintenance as called for in the <br /> <br />aforementioned bid documents and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
