B S Q L U T .!; 0 R R O. <br /> <br />9909 <br /> <br />JUN 1 7 1985 <br />OmGI NAL <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OP DETE~NATION AND OP INTENTION TO <br />UNDBRTAKE PROJECT INC USIVE OP THE PROVISION OP <br />REVENUE PINANCING POR LTIPAMILY RENTAL HOUSING <br /> <br />THB REDWOOD CITY HOUSING D~LOPMENT PINANCING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />(PARAGON - REDWOpD SHORES APARTMENTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragon Group, 'Inc., or designee (the "Company"), <br />has proposed that The Redwood dity Housing Development Financing <br />Authority (the "Authority") aid! in obtaining multifamily rental <br /> <br />housing revenue financing of c~rtain identifiable facilities to be <br />located in the City of Redwood City, by the issuance by the <br />Authority of multifamily rental housing revenue bonds under <br />Division 24, Part 2, Chapter 1 of the Health and Safety Code or <br />other law applicable at the time of the financing (the "Financing <br /> <br />Law"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Company has; requested that the Author i ty make <br />the determinations required by the Financing Law; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CqMMISSIONERS OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCING AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. A brief summary of the proposed project (the "Project") <br /> <br />is set forth in the form headed Notice of Public Hearing attached <br /> <br />hereto (the "Notice") and said description is hereby incorporated <br /> <br />by reference herein. The Company proposes that the real and <br /> <br />personal property (the "Facilities") to be constructed, developed <br />or provided by means of the Pro1ject be used as multifamily rental <br /> <br />9909 <br />
