<br />obligated to pay Bonds or proje~t costs except from revenues and <br />other funds received under the ~roceedings for such purposes or <br />from funds which are made avai1~b1e as otherwise authorized by the <br />proceedings or by law. <br />8. Upon provision of tpe Financing by revenue bonds or <br />other obligations of the Authority, in the event of any <br />inconsistency between the terms hereof and the terms of the project <br />agreements, bonds, indentures o~ other agreements or instruments, <br />the provisions of such project agreements, bonds, indentures or <br />other agreements or instruments shall control. <br />9. This resolution shall be deemed a continuation by the <br />Authority of the project undertaken by Resolution No. 9750 of <br />the Council of the City of RedwOod City, entitled "A Resolution of <br />Determination and of Intention to Undertake Project Inclusive of <br />the provision of Revenue Financring For Multifamily Rental Housing", <br />adopted by said Council on Dece~ber 10, 1984, as amended by <br />Resolution No. 9790 of said Council entitled "A Resolution Amending <br />Resolution No. 9750, A Resolution of Determination and of Intention <br />to Undertake Project Inclusive of the provision of Revenue <br />Financing for Multifamily Rental Housing", adopted by said Council <br />on January 29, 1985, and the pUblic hearing held by said Council <br />with reference to said project on June 10, 1985, the published <br />notice thereof, and the approval thereof by resolution of said <br />Council, entitled "A Resolution of Approval of Project and of <br />Projeet Owner", adopted by said Council on June 10, 1985, is hereby <br />ratified and confirmed. <br /> <br />MFH0036.RWC/4 <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />06/12/85 <br />
