The Authority shalll have a Temporary Assistant <br />Secretary. Frances Reggetts isl hereby employed as Temporary <br /> <br />Assistant Secretary. <br /> <br />The Tempolrary Assistant Secretary shall have <br />! <br /> <br />the powers of the Secretary of Ithe Author i ty and shall take the <br />minutes of meetings of the Co~issioners, keep the books and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />records and official seal of t~e Authority, and perform such other <br />duties as may be assigned or cqnfirmed from time to time by the <br /> <br />Commissioners. Upon the emplo~ent of an Assistant Secretary, the <br />employment of the Temporary As~istant Secretary shall cease and <br />terminate. <br />2.
