<br />SW Ijg-c 6/13/85 <br /> <br />I <br />~~S2.~U!.tON <br />I <br />RESOLUTION APRROVING AND A;THORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO A EA AGENCY ON AGING FOR <br />PARTICIPATION IN A PILOT S NIOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECT <br /> <br />!:! 2.. ll.9-O-4 <br /> <br />OR\G\t\f\l <br />JUN 1 7 1985 <br /> <br />i <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Reso~ution No. 9603, adopted June 18, <br />I <br />1984, the City Council approvep and authorized execution of an <br /> <br />agreement with the San Mateo Co nty Area Agency on Aging; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the mutual esire of the County and the City <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />amend <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />o <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />C01CIL <br /> <br />establish <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />pilot <br /> <br />senior <br /> <br />transportation project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />i <br />certain agreement ~ntitled <br />to Agreement", WhiC~ amends <br /> <br />"Area <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />Aging <br /> <br />Amendment <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />1984-85 <br /> <br />fiscal year <br /> <br />agreement between the City of I Redwood City and the San Mateo <br /> <br /> <br />County Area Agency on Aging, ~s hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized tolexecute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />I <br />behalf of the City of R:dWOOd Ci:yo <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9904. <br />
