Any deficiency <br /> <br />in installments shall be paid as it falls due.: <br />5. L1CENS2E'S DUTIES <br /> <br />5.1 Use of Space. Licensee shall i use the Premises for food and beverage <br /> <br /> <br />consumption or sale only. There shall be no entertainment permitted on the Premises except as <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />permitted by the Planning Use Permit. <br /> <br />5.2 Visual Barriers. Licensee agree$ not to erect visual barriers in, on, or over the <br /> <br /> <br />Premises that are inconsistent with the design criteria set forth in the outdoor permit conditions. <br />I <br />! <br />5.3 Hours of Operation. Licensee's hours of operation for the Premises shall be in <br />! <br />accordance with the Planning Use Permit issued to them Py the Planning Department. Licensee shall not <br />! <br />be allowed to conduct any business outside after the houri designated in the Planning Use Permit. <br />5.4 pavment of Licensee's Emplov~es. Licensee shall pay all persons hired as <br />! <br />required by law including but not limited to income taxi withholding and social security payments. No <br />employee of Licensee shall be deemed to be an employe$ of Licensor. <br />! <br />I <br />5.5 Alcohol. Licensee shall sell, sere, and allow alcohol to be consumed on the <br />Premises pursuant to the Planning Use Permit issued b~ the City of Redwood City and the ABC license <br />issued to Licensee. <br />5.6 Service to All. Every Tarboosh ~estaurant patron shall be served without regard <br />to race, gender or ethnicity. <br />5.7 Maintenance Services. Licens1e will provide basic custodial services for the <br />I <br />eating portion of the Premises. Licensee shall prope~IY and promptly place all garbage, refuse and <br />recyclables located on the Premises in the appropriatel containers. Licensee shall be responsible for <br />power washing the Premises and Area 1 on a qUarte!IY basis.
