<br />Tom, I am responding to a communication I received regarding an appeal request from the Carcione family to the City Council.
<br />have no vested interest as a direct owner of property in the affected area. I do have considerable interest as a longtime
<br />businessman and community activist. I believe the process and plan for the Downtown as stated in the Final Environmental
<br />Impact Report as certified by the Planning Commission on February 6th was done in a very intelligent, thorough and thoughtful
<br />way. While the impact may have a negative impact to a specific land owner I believe the plan is the right thing for the overall good
<br />of the future of Redwood City. Please pass my thought on to the City Council. Frank
