<br />Appeal - Appellant's Arguments: <br />The EIR is deficient because of the following <br />three arguments: <br /> <br />#1. Precise Plan will result in significant <br />shadowing to Brewster Avenue; <br />#2. Shadowing of commercial areas previously <br />determined to be a significant environmental <br />impact; <br />#3. EIR is inadequate because it does not <br />analyze shadows for future potential <br />residential uses on Brewster Avenue. <br />
