6.1 Section - Motions - A. License Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Tarboosh Restaurant. CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Council Member Howard thanked Redevelopment staff for being instrumental in the lease of the land adjacent to the Post Office that will now be an attractive landscape and seating space. She also thanked Tarboosh for their interest in providing a safe pedestrian access to the walkway, to maintain the side and front of the building, and keep it esthetically pleasing. Recommendation: By motion, approve the License Agreement and authorize the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to make any "non-substantive" modifications as necessary for execution. Initiate Precise Plan Process for ''The Preserve at Redwood Shores" Recommendation: M/S Ira/Aguirre to initiate a Precise Plan for the Preserve at Redwood Shores Project ADOPT RESOLUTION 14763 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INITIATING A PRECISE PLAN FOR THE PRESERVE AT REDWOOD SHORES PROJECT The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Bain absent, and Vice Mayor Foust and Council Member Hartnett recusing due to the a conflict of interest.
