DCB:sh .JCB:sh 6/3/85 6/6/85R Hundred Thousand and OO/IOO Dollars ($I,IOO,OOO.OO), and also a good and sufficient securi ty in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be One Million One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($I,IOO,OOO.OO) . (c) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvements of Boardwalk Unit No. I Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. and 2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for Boardwalk Unit No. I" and those certain specifications entitled "Technical Specifications - Boardwalk, Redwood City, California," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done; and 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for the Improvements of Boardwalk Unit No. I Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * * 2
