<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />5/30/85 <br />6/06/85R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9898 <br /> <br />JUN 1 0 1985 <br />OHiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF <br />ASPHALT CONCRETE MATERIALS 1985-86; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for purchase of asphalt concrete materials, <br /> <br />1985-86, in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />contract; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Ci ty Clerk, entitled, "Bid Documents For The Purchase of Water <br /> <br />and Street Division's Selected Materials - Asphalt Concrete - <br /> <br />Fiscal 1985-86 - Redwood City, California", are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
