<br />1. Public Hearing. A public hearing, providing a <br /> <br /> <br />reasonable opportunity for interested individuals to express their <br /> <br /> <br />views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed issuance of <br /> <br /> <br />revenue bonds and the location and nature of the project has been <br /> <br />conducted by this Council on public notice reasonably designed to <br /> <br />inform residents of the City of the proposed financing. <br /> <br />2. Public Notice. The form of notice of said public <br /> <br /> <br />hearing attached hereto, including the description of the Project, <br /> <br />the maximum amount of bonds, the initial owner, operator or manager <br /> <br /> <br />of the Project and the location, is hereby incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3. Bonds Approved. The Project and the issuance of <br /> <br /> <br />revenue bonds therefor is hereby unconditionally approved. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Project Owner Approved. Redwood Shores Apartments <br /> <br />Associates, Ltd., a California limited partnership is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />approved as initial owner of the Project pursuant to designation by <br /> <br /> <br />Paragon Group, Inc. and it is the intention of this City to <br /> <br /> <br />undertake the financing of the proposed Project for Redwood Shores <br /> <br /> <br />Apartments Associates, Ltd., a California limited partnership, by <br /> <br /> <br />the issuance of said revenue bonds. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />MFH0031.RWC/4 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />06/06/85 <br />
