<br />DCB:sh 5/30/85 <br /> <br />JUN 3 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9889 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />HANDICAP RAMP PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 1984-85 AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Handicap Ramp Program for fiscal <br /> <br />year 1984-85; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />handicap ramp project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Specifications, Plans and Details for Handicap Ramp Program - <br /> <br />Fiscal Year 1984-85" including all plans and drawings referenced <br /> <br />therein, prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
