<br />DCB:sh 5/16/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 ~ t) 3 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br />MAY 20 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />COVERED ~ffiTERIAL STORAGE BINS AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for covered material storage bins; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />covered material storage bins; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Covered Material Storage Bins" including all plans and drawings <br /> <br />referenced therein, prepared in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
