<br />S~~:djg-c 5/16/85 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9882 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 20 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR RODENT CONTROL <br />PROGRAM, 1985-86 FISCAL YEAR, AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for Rodent Control Program, 1985-86 Fiscal Year, in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Department of <br /> <br />Public Works - Bid Documents for Rodent Control Program 1985-86 <br /> <br />Fiscal Year - City of Redwood City, California - June, 1985", <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
