The owner of the buildings at 121 and 131 Monroe Street <br />is hereby directed to abate such public nuisance wi thin thirty <br />(30) days from the date of this hearing by (a) properly <br />reconstructing or repairing said buildings in accordance with all <br />applicable codes; or (b) razing and removing said buildings. <br />4.
