The owner of the building at 61 willow Street is hereby <br />directed to abate such public nuisance wi thin thirty (30) days <br />from the date of this hearing by (a) properly reconstructing or <br />repairing said building in accordance with all applicable codes; <br />or (b) razing and removing said building. <br />4.
