<br />~ES:djg-c 4/05/85 <br /> <br />Heights Sewer Maintenance District, shall be the source of <br /> <br />treatment capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory, and treatment capacity rights allocated to the County <br /> <br />of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> <br />source of treatment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br />3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />si tuate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 10 and 11 in Block 205, as shown on that certain map <br />entitled "ESTATES OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION TWO", filed in <br />Volume 16 of Maps at Pages 18 to 21 inclusive, Records of <br />San Mateo County, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10, and <br />running thence South 82054'30" West along the southerly line <br />of East View Way, as said way is shown on said map, 57.74 <br />feet; THENCE continuing along said southerly line, on the <br />arc of a tangent curve to the right, with a radius of 113.42 <br />feet an arc length of 96.37 feet to the most northerly <br />corner of said Lot 11; THENCE leaving said southerly line <br />South 7055'10" West along the westerly line of said Lot 11, <br />a distance of 220.71 feet to the southwesterly corner <br />thereof; THENCE north 89018'35" East along the rear boundary <br />of Lot 10, a distance of 83 feet to the most southerly <br />corner of Lot 10; THENCE North 69034" East along the rear <br />boundary of said Lot 10, a distance of 108.85 feet to the <br />southeasterly corner thereof; THENCE North 2053'20" West <br />along the easterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 158.99 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />(Assessors Parcel Nos. 608-132-120, 130) <br /> <br />4.
