<br />DCB:sh 4/4/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9850 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />APR 8 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />WILSEY &: HAM, RELATING TO REDWOOD CITY BRIDGE STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an engineering study for <br /> <br />bridges and drainage crossings in Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage WILSEY &: HAM, to <br /> <br />perform such study including, but not limited to, an inventory of bridges and <br /> <br />drainage crossings, inspection of structures owned/maintained by Redwood City, <br /> <br />development of work program and a final report, all in accordance with Exhibit A, <br /> <br />attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WILSEY &: HAM has represented to the City that it is <br /> <br />experienced and qualified to perform all of the abovementioned services as further <br /> <br />described in the proposed agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED WOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, and <br /> <br />WILSEY &: HAM, entitled "AGREEMENT - REDWOOD CITY BRIDGE STUDY AND <br /> <br />REPORT" (form dated 4/4/85 <br /> <br />), a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 RS 0 <br />
