<br />DCB:sh 4/4/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />9848 <br /> <br />APR <br /> <br />8 1985 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY AND JOHN HEINDEL, <br />FOR CONSULTING PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />SEAPORT CENTRE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City requires certain consulting services <br /> <br />on a continuing basis with respect to engineering services of a <br /> <br />certain public works project for the site improvements of Seaport <br /> <br />Centre Assessment District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tri-State Engineering Company and John Heindel <br /> <br />have represented to the City that they are experienced and <br /> <br />qualified to furnish such services; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Tri-State Engineering Company and John Heindel <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Consulting Public Works Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Assessment District" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />3/28/85) a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9848 <br />
