SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY - Redwood City Education Foundation, Proclamation <br /> <br />Mayor Ruskin introduced Bruce Codding, Redwood City Education Foundation and Chris <br />Lyons, Starbucks Regional Office. Mr. Codding introduced the various members of the <br />Foundation and other supportive individuals in the audience.
