MINUTE ORDER <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> November 4, 2002 <br /> MO RD 02-25 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: November 12, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Amendment to Redevelopment Agency Reimbursement <br /> Agreement and City Improvement Agreement with Irvine <br /> Apartment Communities (lAC); <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 4.D <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on <br />November 4, 2002 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Chair Ira, and Chair <br />Person Claire <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Ira/Ruskin to: <br />1) Amend the existing Agreement for the Reimbursement of Off-Site <br />Infrastructure Improvements ("Reimbursement Agreement") with lAC to include <br />work on the intersection of Lathrop and Maple Streets. The improvements will <br />be installed by IAC's contractor as part of the larger project. Not to exceed cost <br />for this additional work is $75,038; <br /> <br />2) Establish an appropriation in the Redevelopment budget for 2002-03 of <br />$267,038 which consists of the original commitment of up to the $192,000 made <br />in the 2001 Reimbursement Agreement plus the aforementioned $75,038; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 02-72 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF OFF-SITE <br />INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE FRANKLIN STREET <br />PROJECT BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND <br />IRVlNE APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P; <br /> <br /> <br />
