Fighter -Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit C for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br />4. Effective January 11, 2004, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "D," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter -Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit D for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br />5. Effective January 9, 2005, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "E," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter -Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit E for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br />6. Employees granted part -time appointments to positions in the <br />employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter -Light Duty and Fire <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibits A, B, C, D and E hereof, shall be compensated <br />on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibits <br />for the periods therein designated. <br />7.
