EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> l~idpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing <br /> Fair Housing Services <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 1999/2000 <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs <br />which provide housing and human services assistance to very low and lower income <br />residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs <br />conducted by the City or with other organizations which provide housing and <br />supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which are consistent with the <br />Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 1999-2000. Contractor shall <br />collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize these programs and services, <br />and the City's financial resources which are available to lower and very low income <br />residents. Requests for reimbursements under this agreement must be submitted <br />over a 10 month period and received no later than the 20th day of each month <br />during the term of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. <br />Final payment must be submitted and received by the City no later than May 20, <br />2000.
