CONSENT CALENDAR - None Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board Members and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless an Agency Board Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. 5. General- A.
