<br />DCB:sh 3/14/85 <br /> <br />I <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 ~ <br /> <br />O,n'G'f\lAL <br />HI il'i <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9836 <br /> <br />MAR 2 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH EORGE HILLS COMPANY, INC., <br />FOR CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SE VICES <br /> <br /> <br />City did, on August 25, 1980, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of <br /> <br />enter into an agreement with <br /> <br />orge Hills Company, Inc. for <br /> <br />claims administration services; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the current term 0 said agreement as amended will <br /> <br />expire on April 1, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the agreement prov des for extensions of one (1) <br /> <br />year at rates negotiated yearly, by agreement of both parties: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and Georg Hills Company, Inc. desire to <br /> <br /> <br />ional one (1) year term until <br /> <br />extend the agreement for an <br /> <br />March 31, 1986 and whereas <br /> <br />has been presented to this <br /> <br />Council an amendment to paragrap s 6 and 7 of said agreement, <br /> <br />creating a new one year term and revising the rates of <br /> <br />compensation for the new term; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />Amendment <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Agree ent, <br /> <br />Self-Insurance <br /> <br />Claims <br /> <br />Administration Services, amendin <br /> <br />paragraphs 6 and 7 of the <br /> <br />agreement, Self-Insurance Claims Administration Services, dated <br /> <br />August 25, 1980, as amended, a copy of which amendment and <br /> <br />agreement are on file in the off' ce of the City Clerk for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof is hereby a proved. <br /> <br />The City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute sa'd amendment to agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9836 <br />
