RUSCELLI <br />ON RECEIVING THE "0UTST NDING CITIZEN" AWARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vincent A. Truscelli h s been named the 44th recipient of <br />the Redwood City "0utstanding Citizen ward"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vi ncent A. Trusce 11 i is we 11-deserving of the recognit ion <br />of being awarded the community's top honor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vincent A. Trusce11i is a retired police officer of the <br />City of Redwood City and the City is proud to have been represented by <br />him in that sensitive and demanding jo ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vincent A. Trusce11i as contributed his organization <br />assistance and carpentry skills to befit numerous youth and senior <br />events, veterans affairs, church activities and the Chamber of Commerce; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vincent A Trusce11i's efforts have earned him the <br />admiration and respect of his co11eag es and the public and the gratitude <br />of those he has served; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vincent A. Truscelli an his wife Pauline continue to make <br />a tremendous gift of their time and t lents for the betterment of the <br />Redwood City Community, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0 THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />This Council does hereby commend Vin ent A.
