<br />interested owner may file written protests against and make oral <br />objection to the formation of said District, the extent thereof, the <br />method for the levy of benefit assessments, the formula or other matters <br />herein specified, in the same manner, at the same time and with like <br />legal effect as provided for other protests and oral Objections in said <br />Ordinance No. 1895, and in Chapter 26 of Part 3 of Division 7 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. <br />9. The City Clerk of this City, be, and she is hereby, <br />authorized and directed to give notice of the hearing by causing a <br />notice of the same to be published once in the Redwood City Almanac, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City, and by causing to be <br />conspicuously posted a copy of a notice entitled "Notice Of Hearing On <br />Proposed Formation Of Seaport Centre Maintenance District" on a bulletin <br />board in or adjacent to the City Hall and on a bulletin board in or <br />adjacent to the regular meeting place of this Council; said posting and <br />publication to be completed at least ten (10) days before the date <br />herein set for hearing. <br />lO.
