UHLENBERG & CO.) <br /> <br />tVHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />professional services to conduct annual fiscal year audits of its <br /> <br />funds, books, and accounts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C.G. Uhlenberg & Co., certified public accountants <br /> <br />("Auditor") represents that it is qualified to conduct such <br /> <br />audi ts and prepare reports thereon, and provide other fiscal <br /> <br />advisory services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement between Auditor and the City providing for <br /> <br />such services, which agreement this Council desires to approve; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement For Auditing <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 2/19/85) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />Audi tor providing for fiscal year audits of all of the books, <br /> <br />records, funds and related financial documents and information of <br /> <br />the City, and other services, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 811 <br />
