e) The acquisition of landscaping and irrigation within the public rights-of-way of Chesapeake Drive, Saginaw Drive, Penobscot Drive and Galveston Drive. f) The acquisition of surface and subsurface storm drainage facilities, including mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, catchbasins, later~ls and drop inlets, sanitary sewer mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, laterals and cleanouts, water mains, valves, tees, fittings, hydrants and services within the following general alignments as shown upon that certain map entitled "Seaport Centre Subdivision of Parcel A 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82-l" filed in Volume ll2 of Subdivision Maps at Page 6, San Mateo County Records: l) along the soutbeily line of Lot 1 2) along the easterly and southerly lines of Lot 2 3) along the easterly line of Lot 4 4) parallel to the southerly line of Lots 8 and 9, distant northerly therefrom 44.12 feet 5) along the easterly line of Lot 9 6) along the westerly line of Lot l2 from the hereinabove storm drainage pump station to a point at the northerly terminus of Saginaw Drive. g) The acquisition of an emergency access easement and road including clearing, grubbing, grading, fill, base, pavement and bollards, across the lands of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company to the easterly line of Lot lO as shown on the hereinabove described Subdivision Map. h) The acquisition of all lands, easements and rights of way and of all work and improvements auxiliary to any of the above and necessary to complete the same.
