<br />AMENDMENT TO <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THE AGREEMENT, made and entered into on May 5,1975 as <br /> <br />recorded in the Official Records Volume 6848, pages 217-219 of <br /> <br />the Recorder's Office of San Mateo County, State of California, <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of Cal~fornia and Kevin Costello, patricia Costello, <br /> <br />William Loewe and Nancy M. Loewe is amended by mutual agreement <br /> <br />of the parties or their heirs, grantees, assignees or transferees <br /> <br />of the parties thereto as follows: <br /> <br />"The City of Redwood City relinquishes and hereby <br />transfers, wi~hout warranty express or implied, to <br />William Arthur!
