EXHIBIT "I" NOTICE OF HEARING (Eminent Domain Proceedings) TO: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Redwood City will consider the adoption of a Resolution of Necessity for the exercise of the power of eminent domain, and that said Council intends to adopt said resolution in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (commencing with ~l245.210), Chapter 4, Title 7, Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The property proposed to be acquired by eminent domain is described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that you are entitled to appear and be heard at said hearing on the questions whether: (a) the public interest and necessity require the project intended to be acquired (to wit: acquisition of real property for water reservoir purposes as described in Exhibit "AI'); (b) the project is planned or located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and (c) the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the aforesaid project. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing will be held at the place and time, and on the date hereinafter specified: Place: Board of Supervisors Chambers Hall of Justice and Records 401 Marshall Street Redwood City, California Time: 7:30 o'clock P.M. or as SOOn thereafter as the matter can be heard Date: Monday, March 4, 1985 You may file a written request to appear and be heard.
