<br />73-l4 <br /> <br />WMA~ DA:rva Ol/28/85 l7c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9 79 8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FES 4 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED PROPOSALS AND <br />FIXING LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR FAILURE TO <br />COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN TIME SPECIFIED <br /> <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Council did, on the 4th day of February, 1985, <br /> <br />adopt its Resolution of Intention No. ~ 79J5to order clearing, <br /> <br />grubbing, excavation and grading and the construction of base, pavement, <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, medians, bike paths, traffic control devices, <br /> <br />street signs and pavement markings, underground serviced street lighting <br />facilities, surface and subsurface storm drainage facilities, the <br /> <br />modification of an existing sewage force main, the construction of <br /> <br />additional sewage force main facilities, the adjustment of existing <br /> <br />service utility facilities to finish grade, the undergrounding of <br /> <br />existing overhead electrical transmission and distribution facilities <br /> <br />and communication transmission and distribution facilities consisting of <br /> <br />underground substructures, the installation of casings crossing under <br /> <br />the railroad tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company <br /> <br />together with the installation of necessary underground electrical and <br /> <br />telephone substructures, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer <br /> <br />facilities and underground conduits and pull boxes for future traffic <br /> <br />signal systems together with all appurtenances to any of the above in <br /> <br />said City, all as more particularly described and set forth in said <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention; <br /> <br />'gi\ ~ (I ',':'5" <br />, , ' ( "p' ' <br />'" -r '~... r <br />c).
