<br />EXHIBIT "An <br /> <br />a) The acquisition of property necessary for the widening of Seaport <br />Boulevard from East Bayshore Road to the southerly boundary of the <br />property of the Ideal Basic Industries, Inc., the acquisition of <br />property necessary for the construction of a storm drainage <br />retention basin and pumping station along the easterly side of <br />Seaport Boulevard from Blomquist Street to Chesapeake Drive and the <br />improvement of Seaport Boulevard from East Bayshore Road to a point <br />400 feet, more or less, northerly of Seaport Court by clearing, <br />grubbing, excavation and grading and the construction therein of <br />base, pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, medians, bike paths, <br />traffic control devices, street signs and pavement markings, <br />underground serviced street lighting facilities, surface and <br />subsurface storm drainage facilities, where required, the <br />modification to an existing sewage force main in Seaport Boulevard <br />together with the construction of additional sewage force main <br />facilities, the adjustment of existing service utility facilities to <br />finish grade, the undergrounding of existing overhead electrical <br />transmission and distribution facilities and communication <br />transmission and distribution facilities, the installation of <br />casings crossing under the railroad tracks of the Southern Pacific <br />Transportation Company together with the installation of necessary <br />electrical, natural gas, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and <br />telephone facilities therein, the construction of a traffic signal <br />system at the intersection of Chesapeake Drive and Seaport Boulevard <br />together with the construction of underground conduits and pull <br />boxes for future traffic signal systems at the intersections of <br />Seaport Boulevard with Blomquist Street and Seaport Court and the <br />installation of landscaping, including irrigation and sprinkler <br />systems, where required, from u.S. Highway 101 to a point 400 feet, <br />more or less, northerly of Seaport Court. <br /> <br />b) The construction of railroad crossing facilities at Seaport <br />Boulevard and Chesapeake Drive including crossing gates, lights, <br />standards, signing, striping and marking, and traffic signal <br />interconnect and preempt facilities including underground conduits <br />and pu11boxes. <br /> <br />c) The acquisition of all lands, easements and rights of way and the <br />performing of all work auxiliary to any of the above and necessary <br />to complete the same. <br /> <br />City of Redwood City <br />Seaport Boulevard A.D. <br />01/22/85 <br />
