<br />DCB:sh 1/16/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9784 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 1 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND RODDING <br />CLEANING SERVICES, INC., RELATING TO ~ffiRINA LIFT <br />STATION FORCE MAIN CLEANING AND REHABILITATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires cleaning and <br /> <br />rehabilitation of the 10" force main along Seaport Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Rodding <br /> <br />Cleaning Services, San Leandro, California, to perform such <br /> <br />cleaning and rehabilitation which shall include, but not be <br /> <br />limited to, labor, supervision, equipment, and materials for <br /> <br />cleaning approximately 7,000 lineal feet of 10" force main, <br /> <br />excavate and install a permanent fitting for cleaning, and work <br /> <br />with Reimer Associates, Inc. to improve hydraulic and flow design <br /> <br />of force main; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rodding Cleaning Services, Inc. has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Rodding Cleaning Services, Inc., entitled "Agreement _ <br /> <br />Marina Lift Station Force Main Cleaning and Rehabilitation" (form <br /> <br />dated 1/16/85), a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />9784 <br />
