DCB:sh 1/07/85 improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Four Million Fifty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($4,055,000.00), and also a good and sufficient: securi ty in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvement, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or subdivider, the amount of said security to the Four Million Fifty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($4,055,000.00). (c) That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvements of Sandpiper Subdivision, Unit No. 1," on file in the office of the City Clerk. and 2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for Sandpiper Subdivision, unit No.1, Area 'E"", and those certain specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard Technical Specifications for Public Works Projects, September, 1982," which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done; and 3.
