<br />DCB:sh 9/25/84 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9765 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />7 1984: <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />JAN <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK & ASSOCIATES FOR ENGINEERING DESIGNS <br />FOR STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES TO SERVICE THE FIFTH <br />AVENUE DRAINAGE AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an engineering <br /> <br />design of a storm drain piping system and pump station to service <br /> <br />the area presently serviced by the Fifth Avenue Pump station; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage <br /> <br />Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates, Redwood City, California to <br /> <br />perform such design which shall include, but not be limited to <br /> <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for a pump station to <br /> <br />replace the existing Fifth Avenue PUmp Station and the associated <br /> <br />drainage collection system to increase the capacity of the system <br /> <br />to remove storm drainage waters. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates has represented to <br /> <br />the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform all of <br /> <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the proposed <br /> <br />agreement therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, and Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates entitled "Agreement - <br /> <br />Design of Fifth Avenue Drainage System Improvements" (form dated <br /> <br />9/25/84), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />Z) ~j I') <br />'....' )., <br />
